Options Community Services Housing Office

Provide housing resources and a short term housing rent subsidies (catchment areas: Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Ladner and Tsawwassen) . Hours of service on appointment basis only from Tuesday to Thursday 9-11am and 1-3pm.

Seniors Services Society

Provides an online directory of various types of seniors housing in the Lower Mainland. Has housing information, referrals, and an outreach program. Also has a temporary housing program (cost geared towards income) for seniors who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Services are available to seniors age 60 and older living in most parts of the Lower Mainland.
