Academic & Career Preparation @ Kwantlen

Flexible, no tuition upgrading courses for English. Also offers upgrading for Math, Biology, Chemistry and Physics for permanent residents, Canadian citizens and convention refugees. A free assessment is required to determine starting level. Offered at Surrey, Richmond and Langley. Small class sizes; one-to-one help. Low student fees can be covered with an Adult Upgrading Grant.

Ebus Academy

Offers adult upgrading and graduation online. Core classes are free. Also have flexible, online K-12 programs, and a summer school program.

Partners - Adult Literacy Tutoring

Free one-to-one tutoring program for adults who want to improve their reading, writing, or math skills. Open to adults living or working in Surrey or White Rock, fluent in English, and reading or writing at less than a grade 8 level. We help with comprehension, grammar, spelling, beginner math, and more. Tutoring is offered both remotely and in-person. Volunteer inquiries welcome.

Offering late afternoon and night courses to adults for high school completion and upgrading. Also offers tuition-free classes to graduated adults. Offers academic as well as hands-on trades courses.
