Some Surrey indoor pools offer free, first come first served swimming lessons. Registration starts 30 minutes before lesson and public admission fees still apply. Also ask at your local Surrey indoor pool about free swimming lessons offered as part of lifeguard training sessions. These take place intermittently throughout the year.

Surrey Parks
Surrey has about 200 parks spread across the city.  There is a stocked fishing lake in Green Timbers or a great bike park at the South Surrey Athletic Park. Whatever your interest, there are wonderful green spaces in Surrey.

Most movie theatres have cheaper tickets on Tuesdays. Cheapest tickets in Surrey are reputed to be at Hollywood 3.
