Frauds and Scams

Each year Canadians lose an estimated $100 million dollars to a variety of frauds and scams. It can be devastating - financially and personally. So how do we protect ourselves? 

This workshop explores the common ways Canadians are defrauded and the things we can do to protect our possessions and ourselves. Learn how to guard against phishing and banking scams and avoid potential identity theft.

For this online program, we will be using Microsoft Teams. You will need a computer with a microphone (or headphones) and webcam, or your smartphone, or an iPad/tablet.
