Alder Gardens (YWCA)

For single mothers and their children, with a supportive housing model that links to community services. Includes 36 units (2,3, and 4 Bedrooms) for single mothers, priority given to Surrey residents. Uses an income-based rent system.

Evergreen at Baptist Housing

Have rental units for seniors 65+ along with 84 units of Assisted Living for seniors who are cognitively able to direct their own care but who have needs that can be met on a scheduled basis. Assisted living units subsidized by Fraser Health and/or BC Housing.
