Reading and Writing

Teen Writers' Workshop

Tue Nov 12 | 4:15 pm - | City Centre Branch

This program is for teens ages 12 - 18.

Do you love writing? Join us for National Novel Writing Month! Local author, Michelle Kim, will host two NaNoWriMo Workshops for teens. Learn how to improve your writing and become a professional writer.

In this workshop, Michelle will help you get started with your writing. Bring your ideas! There will be an opportunity for you to create a writing draft.

Michelle Kim grew up in Surrey. Through her writing, she aims to bring light to communities and people lacking in mainstream representation. Her debut young adult novel is Running Through Sprinklers.
