BC Archives now has a new site for BC Vital Events Records. Many records have been digitized and are now accessible online. Records are added periodically. Check here first when searching for BC birth, marriage and death records. Please note that Cloverdale Library has the following available on microfilm: births to 1903, marriages to 1933, and death records to 1988. The Family History department offers a limited look up service. Staff will locate specific records on microfilm, in print or family history databases if adequate information is provided and extensive research is not involved.
