If you don't want your holds to arrive while you are away, please login to My Account and 'suspend' your holds. You'll keep your spot in line, but we won't send the item to your branch for pickup until you activate your holds again.
Step 1: Login to My Account from the library catalogue. You will need your Surrey Libraries card number and PIN.
Step 2: Click on "Hold Requests" to go to your holds list.
Step 3: Click the box next to the hold you would like to suspend.
Step 4: Enter a "Suspend until" date at the top of the "Requested items not yet available" area.
Step 5: Press Enter to activate suspension.
Or, simply call your library, and a staff member will be happy to help you.
If you no longer want your hold, please cancel it so it is available for other customers. Here's how to do it, and avoid the $1.00 fine if you don't pick it up:
