Translation – Explanation and Caution

The electronic translation service on Surrey Libraries' website is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation may vary in some of the languages offered by Google. The goal of the basic translation is to capture the general intention of the original English material.

Surrey Libraries cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any translated information.  Before you act on translated information, we encourage you to confirm any facts that are important to you and the decisions you make.

The City of Surrey offers interpretation services at all its facilities. Find My PIN

Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is the four digit number you receive when you get your library card (usually the last four digits of your phone number). You PIN is the password for your library account.

How do I change or reset my PIN?

For account security, we strongly recommend that you change the PIN that you get with your card to a 4-digit number of your choice. You can change your PIN online or in person at a library branch (you will need your library card). To protect the security of your account, your PIN cannot be changed by telephone.
