Regular cardholders may borrow up to 50 items at any one time.
New cardholders may borrow up to 10 items at one time for the first 90 days of membership.

Borrowing materials from Surrey Libraries is free. However, if your materials are returned late, fines will be applied your account. Read more about fines and fees.
Return materials to any branch of Surrey Libraries, no matter which branch you borrowed them from. Return chutes are available after the library closes (except at Guildford Library). Books should be deposited spine first.
You may also return materials from Surrey Libraries to other InterLINK public libraries in the Lower Mainland.
Place a hold to reserve a library item that is not currently available, and you will be contacted when your item is available for pickup. When your hold arrives, bring the card you used to place the hold in order to pick up your hold items. Hold must be picked up within 10 days of arrival or a $1 charge will be applied to your account.
